The T.A.D.A.A. program (Teens and Adults with Disabilities Advancing Autonomy, Advocacy, and Awareness) is offered during the summer at L.A. GOAL, an agency that provides services for adults with developmental disabilities. This program gives you an opportunity to make a difference by volunteering at L.A. GOAL, while fulfilling community service requirements!
Teenagers who work in our program will be required to make a six week commitment of at least one day per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00-2:00) between June and August. Volunteer positions are available in our Art/Sewing Studio, Office Work Training Program, Adult Education Classes, Custodial Maintenance Program, and Poetry Program. Teenagers will often work both in group setting and one-on-one with our members. Please contact for further information about our programs, requirements, or if you have other questions.
The program officially starts June26th, and runs until August 18, so contact soon if you're interested!
