Each year we make Valentine's cards with inspirational sayings for the men and women in our Rescue and Restored Housing Program.
This is a fantastic event for groups of students, service clubs, families or businesses looking for an event to make a difference.
You are welcome to come to our location to make cards.If you can't make it in we can accept in cards that you make it home, at a club event, school, etc. and deliver the completed cards to us. - Please contact us for alternate shift times.
We will need approximately 175 valentine cards, with some kind of treat. A treat can be as simple as a Sees Sucker, candy car or small bags of candy.
We are also looking for donations of:
- -Stickers
- -Markers
- -Glue sticks
- -Ribbons
- -Glitter glue sticks
- -Construction paper
- -Card stock paper
- -& treats - Sees suckers, candy bars, and treat bags of candy. (All candy must be individually wrapped)
Come have a fun time doing good so we can share the love with our clients.

Our mission of empowering the invisible populations of Orange County is about reaching those who have been cast aside and moved into the shadows of our society due to their disabilities, illnesses, addictions, incarceration, and trauma histories. In order to effectively reach these individuals, we remove barriers to housing and services.
Description
Grandma’s House of Hope provides Housing, Wrap-Around Services, Housing Navigation, and After-Care Services to our Orange County’s chronically homeless adult men and women who may be experiencing: Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, Victimhood of Crime, Severe Trauma, Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Re-Entry into the Community after Serving Time in Custody, Serious and Persistent Mental Illness​​, Persistent Disabilities, and Life-Threatening Illness.
For those who desire to turn their life around, our Housing Program offers physical resources like food and clothing, and Restorative Services like Case Management, Housing Navigation, Group and Individual Counseling, Career Mentorship, Wardrobe Assistance, Life-Skills Workshops, and After-Care for up to two years - tools to inspire independence and long-term healing.
