Develop and execute strategies to recruit high school students and their families into the Mentors4College program. This role ensures that the organization reaches a diverse pool of students, providing them with access to mentorship and resources that support their post-high school journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract high school students and their families to the Mentors4College program.

• Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and other youth-focused programs to identify and engage potential mentees.

• Organize and lead virtual and in-person informational sessions for students, parents, and educators to promote program benefits.

• Collaborate with the High School/Admission Counselor Recruitment and Relations Managers to leverage counselor networks for mentee referrals.

• Create recruitment materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, tailored to different audiences.

• Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaigns, tracking enrollment numbers and assessing program reach.

• Act as the main point of contact for interested students and families, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the enrollment process.
