Responsibilities
Monthly and annual review of the budget and fiscal activities of Hamline Midway Elders. Work with Program Director on annual budget presented to our Board of Directors for potential vote. Support staff in maintaining strong relationships with donors, funders, and government entities through clear accounting practices, working with staff, bookkeeper, and other Board of Directors. Regular committee work and attendance at monthly board meetings (usually in-person) and Hamline Midway Elders outreach events.
Qualifications
Background in finance or accounting. Experience with nonprofit management or high-level volunteering. Good listener and team player who understands small grassroots nonprofits or is willing to learn quickly.
