Are you passionate about joining a mission to teach, support, and empower women and girls globally to find their VOICE?
We at The Women's Empowerment Series created the Women's Empowerment Work (WEW) program to support women entrepeneurs and business owners, create networking opportunities, and deliver upskilling workshops.
As the WEW Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the logistics and running of the program.
Responsibilities:
- Attend all events/workshops (weekday evenings x1 per month; Saturdays x1-3 per month)
- Manage attendance administration, including registration and record keeping
- Engage and follow-up with atteendes, including surveys
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and local contacts to promote events/workshops
- Assist with venue research and logistics
- Contact and confirm facilitators
Local presence in PA prefered; must be available to attend in-person workshops.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Description
Our service delivery model is executed through three programs:
- Girls Empowerment Zone (ages 7-17)
- College Women Initiative (1st Generation College Women, ages 17-22)
- Women’s Empowerment Work (ageless)
Through our programs, we help women and girls gain confidence, build life skills, and achieve personal and professional success.
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate volunteers to join our team and help us make a meaningful impact. Volunteers will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the organization based on their skills and interests, and to be part of a supportive, dynamic community.
