We are look for Grant Writers, Donor Relation specialists, and fundraising specialists. If this is you, consider joining our team. At Raising a Scholar, we are dedicated to providing equitable access to quality primary education for underserved students. Our mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of their racial or sexual identity, financial status, or ethnicity, has equitable access to high-quality primary education. We aim to empower underserved students by providing the resources, support, and opportunities they need to succeed academically, build a strong educational foundation, and unlock their full potential. Through targeted initiatives, advocacy, and community-driven efforts, we strive to break down systemic barriers to education and create pathways for lifelong learning and achievement.

Grant Writer:

• Research grant opportunities that align with the organization’s mission.
• Write compelling grant proposals and submit applications.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of applications and reports.
• Maintain relationships with grantors and update them on program outcomes

Donor relations specialist:

• Develop and execute donor engagement strategies.
• Create personalized donor communications, such as thank-you letters and updates.
• Plan and execute donor appreciation events or initiatives.
• Maintain donor records and analyze trends to improve fundraising efforts.

Fundraising Specialists:

• Implement fundraising campaigns across various platforms.
• Cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors.
• Create promotional materials to support campaigns.
• Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics.
• Assist in planning and coordinating fundraising events.
