Position Summary:
The Team Support Coordinator will help develop the foundation of a well-organized, efficient, and collaborative team environment. This role involves supporting the team’s operational needs, assisting with onboarding and team coordination, and occasionally conducting analysis related to nonprofit requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive organizer with solid communication skills and a willingness to contribute to various tasks that support the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Coordination:

  • Assist in scheduling and organizing team meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

  • Support the leadership team in coordinating team goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Serve as a point of contact for team inquiries and support day-to-day operational needs.

Onboarding and Volunteer Support:

  • Help onboard new team members and volunteers, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.

  • Maintain and update onboarding materials and documentation.

  • Collaborate with program leads to support recruitment and assist with interviews if needed.

Organizational Support:

  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining organizational records and creating reports as needed.

  • Conduct periodic analysis on requirements for nonprofit operations (e.g., compliance, funding opportunities, or process improvements).

  • Work closely with the Treasurer and Board members to identify and address operational needs.

Special Projects:

  • Collaborate on initiatives to streamline team processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Support the organization’s outreach efforts by helping to identify and engage strategic partners.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving needs.

  • Comfortable using digital tools for communication, scheduling, and collaboration (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).

  • Experience in nonprofit, team coordination, or administrative support is a plus but optional.
