Who We Are: Techinance is dedicated to empowering youth by providing free, high-quality courses in technology and finance, complete with certification. Our mission is to equip young learners with essential skills like online safety and smart investing, preparing them for today’s fast-paced digital and financial world.

About the Role: We're looking for high school and university students to join our Content Creation Team. This is a great opportunity for students interested in social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement to work collaboratively in creating content that will help us grow our followers and reach.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team to create engaging content for Techinance’s social media platforms, including: Designing graphics and posts that highlight Techinance’s courses, events, and initiatives. Writing captions, blog posts, and social media updates to engage followers. Creating short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia content to promote Techinance’s mission. Assist in growing Techinance’s social media following by participating in outreach strategies and partnerships. Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and discussions to build a loyal community. Analyze social media insights and provide recommendations to improve content strategy and reach. Collaborate with other teams to align content with Techinance’s goals and upcoming initiatives.

Expected Time Commitment:

Approximately 4 hours of collaborative work per week, shared across the team. All work will be completed remotely, using social media management tools and Google Docs.

Requirements:

High school or university student with an interest in social media, marketing, and content creation. Strong writing, communication, and creative skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) or willingness to learn. Basic video editing skills (or willingness to learn).

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with social media editing tools (e.g., Capcut). Interest in or experience with influencer partnerships and outreach.
