Position: Volunteer Admin Assistant
Hours: 4-16 hours/week, Monday - Friday
Schedule: Flexible, weekends and evenings as needed.
We are seeking a reliable and organized volunteer admin assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential, as well as proficiency in basic computer applications.
What you will be doing:
Assist our Museum staff with administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing records, and maintaining inventory of Museum materials. You will help manage correspondence by responding to emails, answering phone calls, and providing information to visitors and staff. Additionally, you may assist in data entry for membership and donation lists or event registrations, and support the preparation of promotional materials and reports. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of the Museum's daily activities.
