What We Will Do:

Project Helping volunteers will help with various opportunities depending on the need that day. Please note this is not like our typical volunteer events, there is no specific agenda ahead of time and because of the timing it may draw less people.

Second and fourth Wednesday of every month
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM MST - Spots available: 9
One weekend day a month

We organize and lead group volunteer events to make it incredibly easy to volunteer and use the act of serving others to improve mental wellness.

Volunteering is one of the best things you can do for your mental health. Think of it like how running is for your physical health...but way more fun!
