Join Leadership Long Beach for the 16th annual MLK Day of Service benefitting Long Beach! This year, in partnership with California Volunteers, Office of the Governor, a statewide agency that engages Californians in service, volunteering, and civic action to tackle our State’s most pressing challenges while mobilizing all Californians to volunteer and serve in their communities.
This opportunity is hosted with the East Village Business Association in partnership with the Downtown Long Beach Alliance and focuses on revitalizing the East Village neighborhood. Volunteers will restore community planters with sustainable plants and clean up the streets to enhance the area’s beauty and create a more inviting environment for residents and visitors.
