Mission Statement
The Athena Foundation for the Arts sets the stage, providing world class performing arts programs to enrich and educate the community.
Description
The Athena Foundation for the Arts is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to bringing world class award winning musicians from around the world and their stellar programs with breathtaking immersive art imagery to enrich and educate our community in the San Fernando Valley.
Founded to address the dearth of affordable, live classical music throughout the valley, Athena was born in July 2022. Since inception, Athena has provided enrichment and education through music to more than 300 individuals through more than 18 performances, with more concert series on the way.
Our concerts serve as a resource to music students and their teachers as well as seniors who otherwise could not attend concerts of this caliber due to financial and transportation limitations. Our affordable concerts are held at a state-of-the-art ADA compliant auditorium with ample free parking in the NoHo Arts District.
