Capital City Hospice serves thousands of patients and families in Central Ohio. To keep track of our patients and families, their locations, and our volunteers who are an essential part of our patient support, we are creating a 'tracking map' to provide a visual representation of our service area.
Volunteers (who love maps!) are needed to 'build' this map to show where patients and volunteers are, and which areas are served by which teams, all to help match patients and volunteer visitors as well as show areas to recruit new volunteers.
This unique opportunity to support our hospice efforts may be for you!
Volunteers must attend an orientation, offered each month in the afternoon and evening (only one session is required). A background check, fingerprinting, drug screening, and TB test are required, at Capital City's expense.
