About Us:

Great Achievers Social Development Initiative (GASDI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through education, economic empowerment, and social justice initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Workshops and Trainings Curator will be responsible for designing, organizing, and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and events that educate and engage specific audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify training needs and opportunities.

- Design and develop workshop curricula, materials, and agendas.

- Organize logistics, coordinate with speakers, and manage event registrations.

- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events.

- Evaluate event effectiveness and gather feedback.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, communications, social sciences).

- At least 2 years of experience in workshop design, facilitation, and management.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging workshops and training sessions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Important Note:

This is a volunteer position, and as such, it is unpaid. However, GASDI will provide a recommendation and certification upon successful completion of the volunteer term, contingent on achieving fruitful results and demonstrating a commitment to our mission.
