2025 SCI Youth Grant Pitch Contest - Volunteers Needed!

Social Capital Inc. is seeking young adult volunteers, especially in undergrad or graduate school, who are passionate about supporting young leaders to be Pitch Coaches and Team Liaisons for the 2025 SCI Youth Grant Pitch Contest! By sharing skills and experiences through 7 weekly Coaching Sessions during February & March, volunteers guide youth teams in refining their pitch for grant funding up to $2,000 to implement a community project. The SCI Youth Grant Pitch Contest is a free program that empowers young leaders to develop, pitch, and implement community projects that address pressing issues affecting their community and peers by providing youth in Greater Boston with:

• Monetary Resources to execute their visions for strengthening their communities

• Development of Career Skills such as public speaking, budgeting, project management, and team collaboration

• Bridging Community Connections to like-minded peers & professionals across the region that helps grow their network
