Be part of a fun and magical event for children of all ages! At the Snow Ball, families will enjoy an evening filled with dancing, activities, and refreshments, as well as heart-felt moments and memories that will last for a lifetime. Sign up today for a volunteer shift (set-up: 1-5pm; event: 5-9:00pm), and make the magic happen!
SET-UP VOLUNTEERS: 1pm to 5pm (5 volunteers)
* You’re someone who loves to make rooms look fabulous! From glamorous (e.g. streamers, balloons) to essential (e.g. tables, chairs, craft set-up), you’ll work with a team of volunteers and staff to prepare for a night fill with magic.
EVENT VOLUNTEERS: 5pm - 9:00pm (8 volunteers)
* You’re a people person (ages 16 and over) who loves bringing joy to children and families.
* You’ll be assigned one of the following stations: check-in, arts & crafts, photo booth, food & beverage, or floating hospitality.
Youth volunteers welcome! Pre-registration required. Must be at least 11 years old. For ages 11-15, parent/guardian must volunteer with child. For ages 16-17, parent/guardian signed permission slip required.

Description
Washtenaw County's 27 cities, villages and townships are home to about 325,000 citizens in urban, suburban, and rural settings. This mix of different settings provides many opportunities for education, recreation, business, agricultural, and home life. The two largest cities are Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, homes to two large universities - the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti.
