Operations Coordinator aka Chief Operations Officer

Join the Mexican Talent Network in the Netherlands as an "Operations Coordinator, also known as Chief Operations Of f icer" and become an integral part of our passionate team dedicated to building community and ties between Mexico and the Netherlands. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to help us execute our operational strategy to continue growing as a community and create more opportunities to build bridges between Mexico and the Netherlands.


Tasks and deliverables during your volunteering tenure 2025-2026:
● Maintain the active member directory and website member manual, directories, etc. up to
date in conjunction with the secretary and president.
● Support the board members in their tasks for comprehensive management of the association
when required.
● Together with the MD and Marketing and Communication Coordination, coordinate and
manage communication activities through internal and external channels.
● Implementation and monitoring of best administrative practices for non-profit civil
associations.
● Design, implementation and verification of RdTM-NL procedures.
● Facilitate or coordinate the orientation of new volunteer members regarding available
information and procedures (in conjunction with the Secretary).

Requirements and qualifications:
● Have experience in coordinating or managing several activities simultaneously

● Self-management of activities while working remotely (if you do not have experience, be
willing to learn and apply the methods and tools provided)
● If you have not been a member of the association, commit to attending introductory sessions
about the association and the Global MX Network.
● Minimum time required to perform your role (based on regular activities): 1-2 hours per week
plus the time required (if necessary) to attend RdTM-NL events (optional and if preferred).
● Submitamotivation email or letter including 3 goals to achieve or aspire to during your term.
● Speaking Spanish is highly desirable or at least B2 level is required to fill this position.

About the Network of Mexican Talents in the Netherlands (RdTM-NL): RdTM-NL is a non-profit organization registered in the Netherlands (KVK 61068314) and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment. The RdTM-NL is recognized by the Institute of Mexicans Abroad and is part of the Mexican Global Network (RGMX), a Civil Society movement that has more than 60 chapters in more than 30 countries around the world. The RdTM-NL is a space to learn, collaborate and exchange knowledge, ideas and projects with Mexican professionals, friends from Mexico or Mexicans residing in the Netherlands. Our network is founded and operated 100% by volunteers. We are committed to making positive change through sharing experiences and knowledge. We organize different activities, meetings, gatherings and conferences to achieve the general objectives of our network and also to connect our members with productive projects in Mexico and the Netherlands.
