At 2 Care for Me Outreach (501c3), our mission is to transform lives by b​ridging the gap between those in need and the vital resources that ​empower them to thrive. We are committed to serving youth age 5-18, low income adults, and homeless populations through comprehensive support, life skills workshops, mentoring programs, educational supplies, resources, and referrals tailored to their unique challenges.
