Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events.

  • Track donor engagement and assist in donor communication.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Time Commitment:

Win All Else Fails is a Texas-based, 501©3 non-profit organization whose mission is to empowers parents and caregivers of children with special needs by leveraging generative AI to deliver personalized, accurate, and relevant resources, support services, and information tailored to each child’s unique disabilities, location, and family circumstances.

WIN All Else Fails (WIN) was founded by Jasmine Hicks, a dedicated mother, inspired by her journey navigating the complexities of raising a child with Autism, Epilepsy, and other developmental challenges. Recognizing the overwhelming challenges families face in accessing reliable resources and advocating for their children’s needs, Jasmine established WIN to fill the gap. WIN has focused on empowering families by using innovative technology and fostering a supportive community. WIN aims to reduce the stress experienced by families by providing a clear path to necessary resources, social support, and community engagement, fostering confidence in navigating complex care systems.

WIN's goals center on equipping caregivers with advocacy skills, simplifying access to resources through AI-driven solutions, fostering inclusive communities, and expanding outreach to support more families. Key programs include the AI-powered resource platform that offers personalized service recommendations, workshops providing training on technical interactions with the AI model, self-care opportunities, and personalized advocacy support for navigating complex systems.

WIN has made significant strides by launching its innovative platform, forming partnerships with local organizations to strengthen its resource network, and hosting impactful events that have reached numerous families. Through its continued efforts, WIN is growing its presence for its commitment to creating inclusive and supportive environments for children with disabilities and their families.
