Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented and committed WordPress Developer to manage and enhance our existing website ( www.tildacare.org). Your contributions will ensure our mission, events, and impact are effectively communicated to donors, partners, and the public.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update the existing WordPress website for optimal performance.
- Improve site navigation, design, and user experience to align with the foundation's mission.
- Implement new features and functionalities as needed.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with the team to update content, including events, campaigns, and news.
- Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements for greater engagement.
- Proficiency in WordPress development (themes, plugins, and customizations).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and optimizing website performance.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
