Description
Hand Over Hand was started as a high school club in 2005 to bring awareness about disabilities to the community, and has grown into a nonprofit organization under the Government of Ontario. Since then, we've launched four programs with and for people in York Region and Toronto who have disabilities, and remain volunteer-run to this day.
