The Well of Mercy is looking for a part-time social worker who can help guide the residents. This is a part-time position and may become a full-time position if the individual is interested in joining the team.
The Well of Mercy is also looking for a house mom. This position is for the special someone who has a passion to help those in need, in particular, young moms and their children. The house mom would have free room and board; be the chore checker and be the responsible person on the week-ends .

Our mission is to provide a communal home environment that exists to support single women with children who have been victims of domestic violence and/or poverty. The mothers, empowered by faith, and with support and guidance will be on their way to build solid, poverty-free futures for their families.
Description
The Well of Mercy is a long-term transitional living environment for single mothers and their children. We aim to support women who desire independence and self-sufficiency by providing shelter, education and employment assistance, emotional support, and spiritual guidance.
We offer many resources under one roof, providing holistic support and a unique cooperative living environment. Our approach empowers single mothers to break the cycle of poverty, become less dependent on public aid, pursue meaningful contributions to society, and provide a consistent and healthy environment in which to raise their children.
