Board Member Description: Youth Sports Science Institute (YSSI)

The Youth Sports Science Institute (YSSI) is seeking committed individuals with expertise in fundraising and nonprofit operations to join our Board of Directors. Board members are essential in driving YSSI’s mission to bridge STEM education and sports, inspiring young minds through programs in sports analytics, virtual reality, and technology.

• Fundraising Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategies to secure financial support through donations, grants, sponsorships, and fundraising campaigns.

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit operations.
• A strong network of contacts in philanthropic, corporate, or nonprofit sectors.

• Attend quarterly board meetings and actively participate in committee work.
• Support fundraising initiatives by contributing financially or through active engagement in donor cultivation.
