KUTE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging educational inequality by providing resources like books, school supplies, and funding to underserved communities. We are seeking a passionate and organized Outreach Director to lead volunteer recruitment efforts and support our mission of making education accessible to all.

As the Outreach Director, you will play a key role in growing our team of dedicated volunteers. Your main focus will be recruiting, engaging, and coordinating volunteers who share our vision of empowering education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to volunteer applications promptly, ensuring timely communication.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with potential volunteers.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit more volunteers.
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify areas where volunteers can contribute most effectively.
• Maintain organized records of volunteer information and schedules.
• Represent KUTE in community outreach initiatives and events to promote volunteer opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for education and community development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in volunteer coordination, recruitment, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and using online tools (e.g., email, scheduling apps).
