Outreach Coordinator aka Public Relations Director
Join the Mexican Talent Network in the Netherlands as a "Outreach Coordinator aka Public Relations Director" and become an integral part of our passionate team dedicated to building community and ties between Mexico and the Netherlands. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to help us promote our partnership as well as create new ties with various organizations with whom we want to join forces to carry out our events and projects in an optimal way to continue growing as a community and create more opportunities to build bridges between Mexico and the Netherlands.
Tasks and deliverables during your volunteering tenure 2025-2026:
Take a proactive role in identifying RdTM-NL synergies with other Mexican and Dutch institutions or companies.
Take a proactive role in identifying synergies within RdTM-NL coordination and projects.
Take a proactive role in positioning RdTM-NL and its members on internal and external channels (Blog, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, etc.).
Promote the linking of RdTM-NL projects and members with various institutions and companies.
Support the Marketing and Communication team and generate synergies for comprehensive management of the association when required.
Requirements and qualifications:
Have experience or interest in promoting the work of RdTM-NL in a constant and professional manner.
Preferably have soft skills in Public Relations and communication that facilitate your role as promoter of the association. If you do not have experience, show interest in learning these skills and discipline.
Minimum time required to perform your role: 1-2 hours per week plus the time required (if necessary) to meet physically, virtually with various organizations and contacts or to attend events on behalf of RdTM-NL.
Submit a motivation email or letter including 3 goals to achieve or aspire to during your term.

Access to coaching and guidance from the MD and previous leaders of the Network to strengthen your networking and communication skills.
Business cards, email and travel expenses when representing the association as part of the MD (if required).
At the end of your term you will have acquired or gained experience in strategic networking, public relations and promotion of civil associations.
