We are seeking 1-2 experienced volunteer Grant Writers to assist with our GrantMaking activities in 2025. As a start-up non-profit, we do not have a training program for this function and will rely on existing expertise with a proven track record of success. We are happy to start small but need assistance with obtaining funding to support unhoused initiatives in DFW and surrounding cities. Another chief priority is procuring land at Dallas Executive Airport, Meacham International Airport to support our flight school and air taxi operations. We also seek to obtain funding to source aircraft ideally from Diamond Aircraft, we would like to procure modern aircraft to faciliate a robust and technologically current fleet. This will also delay extensive maintenance by investing in a modern fleet early on. We also plan to purchase Roland Aerophones, these are wind synthesizers for students to expand their horizons with advanced technological musical instruments. We need help from individuals with proven track records in obtaining grant funds and who are willing to assist in helping lead an innovative charge in revitalizing the Dallas-Fort Worth community with humanitarian and technology endeavors that are part of achieving our mission.

DreamGlow Collective (DC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering music instruction and STEAM workforce development programs for underserved and marginalized communities. The organization focuses on providing basic needs support, vocational training, and employment pathways for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness, youth, young adults, and adults seeking to change career paths. DreamGlow Collective addresses critical societal issues through innovative programs in music education, IT certifications, and aviation training. They aim to disrupt the aviation industry by addressing the pilot shortage while creating meaningful opportunities for economic mobility. Operating with a flexible, mobile model, DreamGlow Collective minimizes overhead to maximize the impact of grants and donations, collaborating with various partners to support their mission and expand their reach globally.
