Volunteer Front Desk Receptionist
Commitment: Minimum 3 hours/week between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday for 1 year.

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Volunteer Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is essential in ensuring our community members feel comfortable and supported when visiting our space.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
• Open the door and manage front desk operations during scheduled shifts.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
• Assist with notifying staff when visitors or community members arrive.
• Use Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) to communicate internally and manage basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Kind, patient, and community-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to commit to at least 3 hours a week for one year.
