Do you love to organize events? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Program Coordinator. Help support in managing and executing various programs and activities promoting wellness. This role requires strong organizational and a passion for well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, recruiting talent, education or facilitating group trainings and coordinating special events and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of wellness programs and activities.
  • Facilitate education classes and training.
  • Coordinate and organize special events, workshops, and community outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all programs and activities.
  • Provide administrative support, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing program logistics.
  • Support the marketing and promotion of programs through various channels.
