Join the Mexican Talent Network in the Netherlands as an "Marketing & Communications Coordinator aka Chief Marketing & Communications Officer" and become an integral part of our passionate team dedicated to building community and ties between Mexico and the Netherlands. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to help us give more visibility to our association & its activities to continue growing as a community and create more opportunities to build bridges between Mexico and the Netherlands.

Tasks and deliverables during your volunteering tenure 2025-2026:

• Keep the active members directory and the website member manual, directories, etc. updated in conjunction with the secretary and president.

• Support the board members in their tasks for comprehensive management of the association when required.

• Together with the MD and Marketing and Communication Coordination, coordinate and manage communication activities through internal and external channels.

• Implement and monitor best administrative practices for non-profit civil associations.

• Design, implement and verify RdTM-NL procedures.

• Facilitate or coordinate the orientation of new volunteer members regarding the information and procedures available (in conjunction with the Secretary).

Requirements and qualifications:

• Have experience in coordinating or managing marketing and communication content (several activities at the same time). If you do not have experience, show motivation and interest in learning.

• Have experience in designing materials and managing social networks, communication tools and content management (or show motivation and interest in learning)

• Minimum time required to perform your role: 1-2 hours per week plus the time required (if necessary and per project) to attend events representing RdTM-NL or MD (if desired).

• Self-management of activities while working remotely (if you do not have experience, be willing to learn and apply the methods and tools provided)

• If you have not been a member of the association, commit to attending introductory sessions about the association and the Global MX Network.

• Submit a motivation email or letter including 3 goals to achieve or aspire to during your term.

• Speaking Spanish is essential for this vacancy or at least level C1 is required to fill this position.

• At the end of your term you will have acquired or gained experience in direction, coordination and management of marketing and communications.
