Do you have a passion for storytelling and a desire to mentor the next generation? Fruits of Ali is seeking Black men (21+) in photography, writing, broadcasting, or film to guide our participants in mastering their craft. As a Story Coach, you’ll mentor young Black men (14-18) on their storytelling journey, provide feedback, and inspire them to unlock their full creative potential. This is your chance to be a role model and leave a legacy.

Description

We off an empowerment program, the Virtual Story Lab, a transformative six-month virtual program for young Black men from Essex and Union County. Led by professional storytellers, participants explore, reflect, and use multimedia tools like writing, filmmaking, photography, and broadcasting to overcome trauma, reframe narratives, and shift perspectives through storytelling.
