We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Administrator to join our team as a volunteer. This role involves managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance operational efficiency and support our mission.

• Salesforce Administration: Perform basic user account management, data imports, and reports/dashboard creation.
• Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, page layouts, and fields to meet organizational needs.
• Connectivity: Manage Salesforce integrations with other platforms and tools used by the organization.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve user issues and ensure the system operates smoothly.
• Data Quality: Regularly review and maintain data integrity and cleanliness within Salesforce.

• Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, workflows, and automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to commit to approximately 10 hours per month.
• Reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, even though the role is remote.
• Must pass a background check and attend a volunteer orientation (conducted remotely).

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
• Experience working with non-profits is desirable but not required.
