We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our online presence and ensuring we connect meaningfully with our community.

As a digital marketer, you will be responsible for managing our content creation, social media platforms, website updates, and responding to inquiries via email and direct messages. This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely during the week, but you will need to attend Sunday services to create engaging content for our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost engagement and growth.
• Manage and update the church’s website (experience with WordPress or blogging platforms is essential).
• Create high-quality, engaging content (videos, photos, and written posts) for our social media platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emails and direct messages from community members and stakeholders.
• Attend Sunday services to capture content for digital and social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Proficiency with WordPress or similar website management platforms.
• Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage inquiries effectively.
• Experience in photography, videography, and editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A passion for community engagement and the mission of the church.

Work Schedule

• Hybrid role with flexible weekday hours.
• Mandatory attendance on Sundays to create real-time content.
• Mandatory attendance on Tuesdays to create real-time content.
