About Us
Great Achievers Social Development Initiative (GASDI) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through education, healthcare, and economic empowerment. Our mission is to bridge the gap in social and economic inequalities by providing access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.

Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven individual to join our Board of Directors as a Director, Partnership and Collaborations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining partnerships and collaborations that drive GASDI's mission and growth. This is a volunteer position that requires a minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership and collaboration strategy
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, corporations, and government agencies
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)
- Collaborate with the Board and staff to ensure alignment and effective implementation of partnership initiatives
- Develop and manage budgets for partnership-related activities
- Monitor and report on partnership outcomes and impact
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field
- Strong understanding of nonprofit partnership principles and practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with partnership management software and tools
