About Us
Great Achievers Social Development Initiative (GASDI) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through education, healthcare, and economic empowerment. Our mission is to bridge the gap in social and economic inequalities by providing access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.

Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Volunteer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our programs and services. This is a volunteer position that requires a minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for quality enhancement
- Collaborate with program teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans
- Analyze data and metrics to inform quality assurance decisions
- Prepare and submit quality assurance reports to the Board and senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance, program evaluation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
