Always Present Hospice is in search of individuals who are compassionate and have a warm heart to become companions with our patients. As a companion, you would have the opportunity to visit our patients either in their homes, or at a care facility, and have your presence make an incredible difference in their lives. Your role would involve being a friend, engaging in activities that capture their interests, and providing genuine companionship. Whether it is sharing conversations, playing games, enjoying a card match, or reading aloud, these simple yet meaningful interactions can bring immeasurable comfort and joy. We offer comprehensive volunteer training and mentorship to equip you with the comfort and confidence needed to visit and form a bond with the patients. Description
Providing care in Gilbert and the surrounding area, our RN owners have over 65 years of combined nursing experience and see our own, beloved, family members in the eyes of every patient we serve. We are a small agency with the goal of providing personalized, dignified and respectful care to each, and every one of our patients, just as we would hope for our own family members.
It is our goal, through the care we provide that our patients and their loved ones will have the opportunity to create special moments and memories in a comfortable, caring, dignified, and respectful environment, where the wishes and desires for their personal journey are our priority and duty.
