Always Present Hospice is seeking a loving, warm, and compassionate person to be apart of our 11th Hour Volunteer program. An 11th Hour Volunteer is a crucial role in ensuring that none of our patients pass away alone. They offer comfort and companionship to those who might not have family or friends by their bedside, or a family member or friend that doesn't want to be alone during this emotional time. Always Present Hospice offers volunteer training and mentorship to prepare volunteers for this emotionally challenging role so you have the comfort and confidence to support the patient through the end of life. Description
Providing care in Gilbert and the surrounding area, our RN owners have over 65 years of combined nursing experience and see our own, beloved, family members in the eyes of every patient we serve. We are a small agency with the goal of providing personalized, dignified and respectful care to each, and every one of our patients, just as we would hope for our own family members.
It is our goal, through the care we provide that our patients and their loved ones will have the opportunity to create special moments and memories in a comfortable, caring, dignified, and respectful environment, where the wishes and desires for their personal journey are our priority and duty.
