Are you passionate about empowering young black and brown girls and making a positive impact in your community? Durham’s Hope For Kids is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Social Media Manager to help amplify our "Girls Leading Our World" initiative on our Instagram page.

As a Volunteer Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in creating engaging content that highlights the achievements and stories of the girls involved in our program. Your creativity and skills will help us inspire others and raise awareness about our mission.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and curate content for our Instagram page, focusing on the "Girls Leading Our World" initiative.
- Create a maximum of two weekly posts showcasing cultural and engaging posts, program highlights, participant stories, and relevant community events.
- Collaborate with our team to align content with our overall messaging and goals.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments to foster a supportive online community.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for empowering young black and brown girls.
- Previous experience in social media management or content creation is a plus, but not required.
