Make someone’s day by giving them a free haircut!

Everyone deserves a good haircut and to feel good about how they look. It’s a piece of dignity that matters so much. If you are a trained barber, hairdresser, or hair stylist, you can apply your skills to make someone feel special. Whether they are gearing up for an interview, or their hair has just grown out over time, you have the opportunity to make their day!

How does it work?

If you can bring your own supplies, we can provide some clipper disinfectant. We’ve had previous success when we put up a flyer 1-2 weeks ahead of time in shelter with a sign-up sheet. There is ample space in the shelter, it’s one large room. There is a community room at the Metro Inn, where residents often come to cook and do laundry on one side of the room.We are flexible when it comes to yourcapacity, specialty and are open to ideas.
