Jomah Enterprise Inc. is seeking passionate and skilled volunteers to join our team on a volunteer basis in the following role:

Office Assistant

Office support: Managing calendars, handling mail, and maintaining office inventory

Event coordination: Registering and executing special events

Database management: Overseeing organizational databases, such as mailing lists

Document preparation: Composing letters, reports, and other documents

Accounting: Performing light accounting functions

Communication: Drafting communications and responding to questions via phone, email, and social media

Scheduling: Setting up meetings and taking notes during them

Travel arrangements: Making travel arrangements

Customer service: Providing customer service

Filing systems: Maintaining appropriate filing systems

Volunteer Commitment

These roles are strictly unpaid volunteer positions.

As the organization grows and generates revenue, we will reevaluate the potential for stipends or compensation.

Volunteers may work remotely; however, attendance at all scheduled board meetings is required.
