Our goal is to help the patient have a peaceful, comfortable death with dignity and assist the family with grief and loss issues.

Description

AccentCare Hospice provides hospice care to patients where they reside. Our focus is to empower our patients and their families to live their lives to the fullest despite the terminal illness. We provide an interdisciplinary team, including a volunteer, for each patient and family to meet their physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
