- Visit patients with your certified therapy pet to provide companionship.
- Allow patients to interact with your pet through petting, playing, or simply being near them.
- Help reduce stress, loneliness, and discomfort for patients through animal interaction.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards during visits.
- Coordinate with the hospice team to schedule visits and ensure patient readiness.
