Are you passionate about helping individuals and families rebuild their lives and restore hope? Chosen Hearts is looking for passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors as we continue to build our organization and expand our impact. Our mission is to rebuild lives and restore hope for those affected by homelessness, substance abusechallenges, and more.
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for serving underserved communities.
* Experience of the homeless services system, human services, or related fields.
* Skills in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, marketing, finance, or legal expertise.
* Commitment to attending monthly board meetings and supporting organizational growth.
Time Commitment:
* Approximately 5-7 hours per month, including monthly meetings and occasional support for initiatives.

About the Founder
Chosen Hearts was founded by Crystal, whose own life experiences inspired her unwavering commitment to uplift those facing hardship. Having personally witnessed the toll that homelessness, trauma, and systemic barriers can take, Crystal transformed her empathy into action by establishing Chosen Hearts-a haven of practical resources, direct supportive services, emotional support, and renewed hope for those in need.
What We Do
At Chosen Hearts, we do far more than just meet basic needs. We strive to create a nurturing environment where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued. From providing food, clothing, and hygiene essentials to connecting individuals with counseling, job training, and life-skills workshops, our mission is to empower people to break free from cycles of instability. Through strong partnerships and wraparound services, we address both immediate concerns and the deeper causes of hardship-ultimately restoring hope and helping individuals move forward with renewed confidence and dignity.
