Make a difference in someone's life at the end of their journey. Your time and attention may be the only visit they receive. Or you may be able to relieve the caregiver/family for a short time to allow them time to run errands or time for themselves.
You may visit in a nursing home, assisted living facility, board and care home or the patient's own home.
