As a member of the Audit Committee, you’ll:

• Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee audits to confirm adherence to nonprofit accounting standards and regulations.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to safeguard the organization’s resources.
• Provide guidance on risk management strategies to protect the organization’s financial health.
• Collaborate with the Finance Committee and leadership team to maintain accountability and transparency.
