As a member of the Program and Services Committee, you’ll:

• Develop and evaluate programs to ensure they align with our mission and community needs.
• Research and identify best practices for delivering impactful services.
• Oversee the implementation of initiatives to ensure they are effective and sustainable.
• Collaborate with other committees to ensure seamless integration of programs with fundraising and outreach efforts.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve our services.

We’re seeking volunteers who are:

• Passionate about program design, service delivery, and creating positive outcomes.
• Experienced in program management, social services, education, or a related field-or eager to learn.
• Organized, innovative, and committed to making a difference.
• Available to dedicate time and energy to developing and improving our programs.
