As a member of the Human Resources/Personnel Committee, you’ll:

• Design and implement HR policies and best practices to support staff and volunteers.
• Recruit and onboard dedicated individuals who align with our mission and values.
• Create programs that promote professional development, inclusivity, and team engagement.
• Address team challenges through conflict resolution and proactive support.
• Monitor team morale and performance to ensure a positive and productive environment.

We’re seeking volunteers who:

• Are passionate about supporting people and fostering a positive organizational culture.
• Have experience in human resources, recruitment, team management, or related fields-or are eager to learn.
• Are skilled in communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Are dedicated to advancing Hope for Luka’s mission through a few hours of impactful work each month.
