Propsito:

Oportunidad inmediata para un voluntario para proporcionar apoyo administrativo al departamento de Finanzas en Community Action Marin.

Responsabilidades y funciones:

Copiar, escanear y archivar documentos.

Otras tareas de apoyo administrativo segn sea necesario.

Demostrar una actitud positiva y aceptar un entorno de trabajo colaborativo.

Respetar las normas de privacidad y confidencialidad de la Agencia, los protocolos de salud y seguridad y el Cdigo tico.

Comunicarse con las personas de una manera respetuosa y sensible a las diferentes creencias y prcticas, orientaciones sexuales, discapacidades, identidades de gnero, edades, preferencias culturales, necesidades lingsticas y otros estatus protegidos estatales y federales.

Compromiso de tiempo:

Lunes, martes, mircoles y jueves

10am-2pm

Habilidades y cualificaciones requeridas:

Habilidades:

Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y sentirse cmodo en un entorno de oficina.

Capacidad para relacionarse con las personas de forma emptica y culturalmente responsable.

Adaptarse bien a un entorno dinmico que cambia rpidamente y trabajar eficazmente en equipo.

Disposicin para ofrecer un entorno agradable y acogedor.

Cualificaciones:

Capacidad para manejar fotocopiadoras y escneres.

Community Action Marin's programs include: BASIC HUMAN NEEDS: Emergency Family Needs Fund, Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) EARLY CHILDHOOD & FAMILY DEVELOPMENT: Head Start and Early Head Start, Marin Community Child Development Centers for families of low income FINANCIAL EDUCATION & TAX PREPARATION: Sparkpoint Marin financial, budgeting, and career coaching, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Homeless Outreach Team and housing supportive services Each program offers volunteer and employment opportunities geared toward specific program needs.
