ORGANIZATION: NEW MEXICO RAMP PROJECT

The New Mexico Ramp Project (NMRP) is looking for two dedicated and organized Team Leader & Teams Development Coordinator to join our team. In this volunteer role, you will support and manage Team Leaders (TLs) while ensuring that ramp projects run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with teams daily and maintaining regular contact with each Team Leader (TL) at least every other week.
  • Managing projects by assigning ramps to Team Leaders, ensuring proper distribution and support.
  • Serving as a knowledge resource for Team Leaders, providing guidance and assistance when needed.
  • Linking volunteers to teams to ensure all projects are fully staffed and supported.

Mission Statement

The New Mexico Ramp Project is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit that provides free ramps for older adults and people with mobility issues across New Mexico. These are identified by local health care providers and organizations knowing the financial and medical condition of the individual. Volunteer labor is used to build the ramps. Ramps are built without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, age or gender.

Our vision is that no New Mexico resident with mobility issues shall lack safe access to their residence because of financial limitations.
