The New Mexico Ramp Project (NMRP) is seeking two organized and detail-oriented Logistics Managers to join our team. In this volunteer role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various logistics functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and supporting coordinators within your department to ensure effective operations.
• Reporting directly to the Executive Director, providing updates on logistics and operational matters.
• Managing volunteers within your department, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive departmental plan to guide logistics operations.
• Creating and sustaining a training plan for the department in collaboration with the Training Manager.
• Ensuring that all FABs (Fabrication Facilities) and trailers are secure and well-maintained.
• Maintaining an up-to-date list of all tools and trailers.
• Managing larger and corporate-wide purchases to ensure proper budgeting and allocation of resources.
• Overseeing the management of the NTTC (Non-Tax Transition Certificates) system.
• Managing the FAB facilities, including procurement, insurance, and closing out rental agreements (if applicable).
• Maintaining a current list of all buildings and their status (e.g., owner, insurance, etc.).
• Coordinating and working with funding agencies to ensure effective communication and support.
