Goals and Programs
Our main goal is to create accessible and engaging pathways to wellness for all, particularly within underserved communities. Programs like the I ❤️ Greens 5K Fitness Extravaganza and Couch to 5K program inspire participants to embrace active lifestyles. Our Farm-to-Table Initiative and Collard Green Cook-Off showcase fresh, healthy food options, while the Inkclusive Pages Book Fair elevates BIPOC authors, encouraging literacy and cultural awareness.

Each year, our festival attracts over 12,000 attendees and reaches millions through media, providing platforms for health and wellness education. We've successfully collaborated with local organizations to provide access to health screenings, nutrition education, and fitness opportunities, creating lasting impacts on thousands of lives.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are essential to our mission, with opportunities ranging from event setup and coordination to supporting our fitness events, book fair, and cooking demonstrations.
